LakeView’s Mission’s Team is passionate about Christ’s Great Commission—“Go and make disciples of all nations.”

LakeView actively supports both local and worldwide efforts to meet needs and reach people with the message of God’s love. We financially support several full-time missionary families and have been sending a growing number of teams on short-term missions trips. These are typically 1-2 week trips to areas like the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica and Poland, where the teams are able to demonstrate Christ’s love through practical acts of service and by building relationships.

From August 10-17, 2009 a group of 19 students and leaders went to Guatemala to join forces with Los Olivos Church to host a Vacation Bible School program, worked at a piece of land to clear it for their future church building as well as visited people in their home on "home visits" in Sumpango Guatemala.  You can check out their blog at: www.thelostarefound.blogspot.com
